Have also tutored Math for Teachers, Math for Welders, and math preparation for the ACCUPLACER, ACT, ASVAB, COMPASS, GRE, PSAT, and the SAT. Help students learn math in ways that they understand and relate. Give clear and detailed explanations of math processes so students know how to work through math problems and remember in the future. Hobbies
Through feedback from students, I hear that I am I am patient, knowledgeable, and help them understand the material. That I take the time to explain and answer their questions. Outside of my passion for math, another major interest is music. I listen to a wide variety of music and have played different stringed instruments over time, such as classical guitar, violin, and mandolin. In addition, I play the piano and pipe organ. All instruments were self-taught. I love singing karaoke and at home. I enjoy long walks, hiking, and mountain climbing. During the summer, I feed many hummingbirds! They are awesome!
