I love teaching one-on-one in a relaxed, friendly, and fun atmosphere. This is when concepts can really click, and the task becomes less about memorizing facts and more about learning or reinforcing new and interesting things. Earth Science is my most proficient subject, but I have a strong background in math, physics, and chemistry and have tutored high school students in these subjects with success in the past. I have found it is most helpful to explore these subjects together, rather than recite to the student things he/she could read in a book.
