Earned a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of New Mexico (2012). Achieved a Mathematics Education Professional Degree from UNM with a GPA of 4.0 (1996). Acquired a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Michigan State University (1994), including a Michigan Competitive Scholarship. Have also tutored statistics in depth. Have 14 years overall experience tutoring math to elementary school, middle school, high school, and college students. Have also tutored Math for Teachers, Math for Welders, and math preparation for the ACCUPLACER, ACT, ASVAB, COMPASS, GRE, PSAT, and the SAT. Help students learn math in ways that they understand and relate. Give clear and detailed explanations of math processes so students know how to work through math problems and remember in the future.
